I had been just bored with this film, and I felt it could have been much improved and it truly did not have just about anything memorable. As being a musical, this film doesn't do everything refreshing or original and it fails to really entertain like other typical musicals. There is nothing going what to use if you have no hairspray on below to make this a fun, entertaining ride from start to finish, and I had been Enable down by this film. I actually wanted to appreciate this film, but I simply did not get into it. Acting clever, I hairspray hair felt many actors misses the mark, and overdid it. John Travolta currently being one of them. This film relied on an over the top script that attempted to do too much with its ideas for just a plot.
